Amine Bentahar
With over 12 years of experience in digital marketing, Amine is an award winning marketer who specializes in helping companies transform their digital presence and provide online experiences that help businesses grow. Prior to joining Critical Mass and AVX, he was a General Manager at TutorGroup, an EdTech company backed by Alibaba. During his time there, he managed a team of 40+ in Silicon Valley, CA and Asia. He also worked as the Head of eCommerce and Marketing at The Apparel Group and was responsible for the successful launch of Enro.com, an award-winning eCommerce site. Additionally, Amine has worked for Fortune 500 companies, including Hilton Worldwide and Microsoft in various Digital and eCommerce roles. Amine has written and/or been featured in Forbes, Huffington Post, RCI Magazine and has given interviews to over 20 international media outlets in different languages.
Melissa Stagg
Melissa joins Critical Mass as Director of Client Services with over 21 years of experience. Throughout Melissa’s career, she has worked with a wide array of well-known brands, and corporate businesses, which we see still flourishing today. These include Lexus, The Tribune Companies, Hearst Media Services, Mitsui & Co., United Healthcare, Texas Health, Children’s Medical, Travelocity, Adidas, SiriusXM and more. She has a diverse digital marketing background and is highly skilled in creating, implementing, and managing innovative marketing strategies. With expertise ranging from machine learning to statistical and behavior analysis, she conveys the ability to transform data into valuable insights in an effort to increase lead acquisition. Along with this, she has demonstrated her skill at implementing improved operational processes to increase business agility and lasting client partnerships. Melissa’s dedication to her clients has earned her a reputation for being honest, direct, dependable, and an expert leader in the digital marketing space.

William Denninger
William Denninger is a Co-Founder of Datavative where he focuses on strategy and process design that enable our clients to achieve their goals for growth and profitability. Prior to co-founding Datavative, William held numerous positions at Weitz & Luxenberg where he restructured and built entirely new departments. He also played a pivotal role in the firm’s recent growth in some of the most competitive torts in the country. William started in the legal industry when he founded a process serving company that was able to use automation to file and serve thousands of lawsuits at significantly reduced costs to his clients. Upon successfully exiting his first company he worked at LexisNexis where he assisted firms with marketing and technology. During this time, he recognized a lack of operations and technology skills at many firms. William transitioned to work directly for firms where he went on to build multiple law firms in over 10 different areas of practice. He is a frequent speaker on podcasts and has been selected to sit on panels for both vendors and The National Trial Lawyers Association.
Yehia Said
Yehia Said is a Co-Founder of Datavative, in charge of the daily operations and software development initiatives across all of the clients while ensuring they are meeting and exceeding the client’s business objectives. Prior to starting his own company, Yehia worked as the Director of Operations for Weitz & Luxenberg. An expert in problem-solving methodologies using on-site resources and personnel to offer cost-effective and innovative solutions, he oversees the team of analysts and project managers to ensure the proper implementation of new processes, and customizable solutions in information systems. His prior experience in the military set up his foundation in leadership and problem solving - he served in the United States Marine Corps for eight years on active duty. He traveled in support of International Operations and was entrusted to lead a team of 35. His team was assigned with creating detailed data analysis allowing for the anticipation of and preparation for situations impacting the company and personnel. His love for software and programming began during his college education while studying Computer Science.
